1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CoreShell (the "Game") developed by Dullfish Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Chieri, Italy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

These Terms apply to all users of the Game, including users who access the Game through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Age Requirement

CoreShell is rated PEGI 16+ (Europe) and Teen (T) (ESRB, North America). You must be at least 16 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.

If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use the Game. We do not knowingly allow users under 16 to create accounts or make purchases.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you must create an account. You may register using your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the Game on your personal mobile device
  • Access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game
  • Use the Game for any commercial purpose
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Game

5. In-App Purchases

CoreShell is a free-to-play game with optional in-app purchases:

5.1 Purchase Types

  • Cosmetics: Visual customization items (permanent)
  • Boosters: Temporary gameplay enhancements (consumable)
  • Resources: In-game materials and items (consumable)
  • Subscriptions: Premium features including faster leveling, XP bonuses, quality-of-life improvements, and ad-free experience (recurring)

5.2 Payment Terms

  • All purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • All purchases use real currency (no premium currency or virtual tokens)
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the app store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact the app store where you made the purchase.

5.4 Loot Boxes

The Game includes loot boxes that can be earned through gameplay (end of match rewards, in-game lottery). Loot boxes cannot be purchased with real money. Drop rate odds disclosure is coming soon.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside the Game
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund of any purchases.

7. Virtual Items and Currency

In-game items, currencies, and other virtual goods are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own any virtual items. We may modify, delete, or expire virtual items at any time.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Game.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, music, software, and trademarks) are owned by Dullfish Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"CoreShell" and "Dullfish Studio" are trademarks of Dullfish Studio. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the Game settings or by contacting us through our Support page. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity (accounts inactive for 2 years may be deleted)
  • Discontinuation of the Game

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately. You will lose access to your account, game progress, virtual items, and any unused portions of subscriptions. We are not obligated to provide refunds upon termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Game is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Game will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DULLFISH STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dullfish Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Game
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For EU residents: You may have additional rights under consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting your rights, we may provide additional notice (such as an in-game notification).

Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Game.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dullfish Studio regarding the Game.
