If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
Dullfish Studio does not sell your personal information to third parties.
We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Under CCPA, "sale" means exchanging personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in such practices. We do not work with data brokers, and we do not allow third parties to collect your information through our services for advertising purposes.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, you do not need to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request. However, if you wish to confirm this or have questions, please contact us.
Your Rights Under CCPA
As a California resident, you have the following rights:
Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you in the past 12 months.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. When you request deletion, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action is immediate and irreversible.
Right to Correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Since we do not sell or share your data, this right is automatically honored.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive different prices, quality of service, or be denied service for making privacy requests.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information
You have the right to limit how businesses use your sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CCPA.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your CCPA rights, you can submit a request through the following methods:

What We Need From You
To process your request, we need to verify your identity. Please provide:
- Your username or email address associated with your CoreShell account
- A description of which right(s) you wish to exercise
Response Time
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the delay and explain the reason.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization from you and may need to verify your identity directly.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary:
- Active accounts: Data retained while you use the Game
- Inactive accounts: Data deleted after 2 years of inactivity
- Purchase records: May be retained longer for legal/tax purposes
Third-Party Services
The Game uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For iOS authentication and purchases
- Google Play Store: For Android authentication and purchases
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers.
Financial Incentives
We do not offer any financial incentives or price differences in exchange for your personal information.
"Shine the Light" Disclosure
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
